Our History
Founded in 2025, Vita Nova Health & Wellness was established with a clear purpose: to change the narrative surrounding hormone and wellness clinics while providing a science-backed, patient-centered approach to health optimization. Too often, similar clinics are dismissed as profit-driven, one-size-fits-all operations that prioritize quick fixes over true healing. As a dual board-certified nurse practitioner with expertise in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), medical weight loss, peptides, and functional health, I saw firsthand the gaps in conventional medicine—where patients are often dismissed, misdiagnosed, or given Band-Aid solutions that fail to address the root cause of their symptoms. Vita Nova was created to disrupt this pattern by offering an elevated, evidence-based alternative that prioritizes education, transparency, and long-term wellness over fleeting trends. By combining advanced diagnostics, personalized treatment protocols, and a commitment to ethical, results-driven care, Vita Nova is setting a new standard—one that empowers patients to reclaim their health with confidence, clarity, and sustainable results.
Our Founder
Sam the NP is a dual board-certified family nurse practitioner and the founder of Vita Nova Health & Wellness. She began her nursing career at Kennesaw State University, where she earned her undergraduate degree with Honors, in nursing while serving as President of the Student Nurses Association and holding multiple leadership positions in student government, while representing student nurses at the state and national levels. Passionate about advocacy and professional development, she continued her education at the University of North Georgia, where she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing with Honors, while balancing full-time work, studies, and motherhood.
With a background in ICU at Emory University Hospital, plastics and aesthetics, and the prestigious Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at Northside Hospital, Samanthia developed a deep understanding of complex patient care, critical decision-making, and the importance of preventative medicine. Her career experience extends across pharmacy, plastics, aesthetics, regenerative health, hormones and functional medicine, giving her a unique perspective that blends traditional and integrative approaches to wellness.
After witnessing the shortcomings of conventional medicine and the stigma surrounding hormone clinics, she founded Vita Nova to redefine hormone optimization, longevity, and metabolic health with science-backed, ethical, and individualized treatment protocols. A passionate advocate for patient education and empowerment, Samanthia is committed to helping individuals take control of their health, challenge outdated narratives, and achieve sustainable, long-term wellness and longevity.
